What counts as a driver?
Any driver record in your account with a status of 'active' or 'approved'. Applicants and declined records don't count.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What happens if I exceed my driver limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade your plan before adding additional drivers. Existing data is never affected.
Do I get my own subdomain?
Yes. Every account gets a custom subdomain (e.g. acme.nowfleet.com) that you choose during onboarding.
